Multiple Projects

There are multiple projects listed in this announcement so
please carefully note the time, day and date of each.  If you are unable to make one or more of the
projects please place them on your calendar and pray for the volunteers and
homeowners.  Please let us know if you
will be able to help with any of the following projects.

PROJECT 1

Project: Driveway Repair

Date: Wednesday September
3rd 2014  7:30am to 3:00pm

Location: This
home is in Hanover.

Project Description:
We will be helping a widow with a driveway repair to enable her to continue to
get water deliveries.  This home has no
well or municipal water.  The homeowner
relies on water being delivered to her cistern.
The summer flooding has eroded the gravel driveway around the
cistern.  As this problem continues to
get worse she will not be able to get water delivery.

We have worked the entry of this driveway in the past by
dropping recycled road base and leveling it into the holes.  We will be having two dump trucks deliver 15
tons each of road base about an hour apart.
We will level the material with shovels and rakes.

We will be starting earlier than normal to adjust for the
travel distance.  We will also work to
car pool if possible as the work site is over 50 miles each way.

What is Needed: We
need 4 to 6 people.

General Guidelines: Christian
Conduct: No drugs, alcohol, smoking, foul language, off color jokes, or other
inappropriate communications.
